Optional SMS program

Simply Benefits LLC, doing business as Talking Turning 65, offers separate optional permissions for annuity-related educational offers and promotional follow-up, and for annuity appointment confirmations, reminders and non-promotional updates about your request. You may choose either, both or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing messages are sent only under marketing permission; sales messages are not treated as appointment reminders.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your requests, appointments and the messaging program you choose. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out of the SMS program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Further SMS will stop unless you complete a valid re-subscription process. Routine form submissions and contact updates do not remove an existing opt-out.

Help and re-subscription

Reply HELP for assistance or contact us using the support details below. If you want to re-subscribe after opting out, contact support for the supported re-subscription process for your sending number. We must verify new consent and the provider's opt-in requirements before resuming messages; simply submitting another inquiry does not restart SMS.

Delivery and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Our Privacy Policy explains information collection, service providers, communication choices, retention and deletion requests.
